pintura@estudio61.com to reserve a place - giving us your telephone number and we will telephone you for your deposit or full payment.

ONLINE

Click the link on the date you require and make payment by EPDQ (the safest online ecommerce system)

Booking will only be made after receipt of deposit or full payment (depending on date of holiday)

ILLNESS

You should obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) - which will cover you for illness in Spain. You can telephone 090 7707 8370 or apply online at www.ehicard.org.uk This will cover you for NHS treatment whilst on the holiday.

FULL PAINTING HOLIDAY PAYMENT

Payment is required 2 MONTHS before booked date.

If you cancel less than 28 days from your holiday - sorry no refund

If you cancel more than 29 days from your holiday - 25% refund

If you cancel more than 49 days from your holiday - 50% refund

In accordance with Trading Standards and Distance selling, you have 7 days from booking to cancel your booking. Deposit - less 2% credit card charge is refunded within this time period. (Your insurer should be able to cover any other cancellations - check your policy!)

PAYMENT

£200 is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The payment must be made by the date on the Invoice. If you fail to pay by this date, Unfortunately, your place will be cancelled. This is in accordance with Trading Standards. Thank you.

CANCELLATION BY US

If, for some extraordinary reason we have to cancel a course.

We will of course, fully reimburse or offer a different date.

TERMS OF HOLIDAYS

WHAT WE PROVIDE

1. AIRPORT PICK UPS - Pick up times at Malaga airport are: 12.0am, 4.0pm & 8.0pm. SUNDAYS

ANY OTHER ARRIVAL TIMES by arrangement and a charge of 60 euros- OR there is a great bus from Malaga airport to Marbella. Then taxi from bus station to your hotel

PAINTING & ACCOMMODATION

1. Painting is Monday to Friday 10.0am-5.0/6.0pm. Lunch is 1-3.0pm. (Approx)

ART MATERIALS

Art materials are included. Art materials are those allocated by JoeDaisy - extra materials are priced accordingly. If you require details of exact art material allocation for your course, please email

TUITION

Mornings are spent on location painting - afternoons are spent in the studio painting. Tuition is available at all times with tutors who include Caroline Hulse FRSA, Alex Croxford, Cat Croxford and other tutors. We reserve the right to supply whichever tutor.

MEALS

Meals are not included.

TAKING YOUR PAINTINGS HOME

We paint in acrylics, oils and watercolour - your choice. We paint on canvas for oils and acrylics. We wrap the paintings very well and for the price of another suitcase they can be put in the hold of the plane.

OR we can take the canvas off the stretchers and they can be rolled and placed in existing suitcase. The stretchers are dismantled and also can be placed in suitcase. You restretch and staple when back home.

LIABILITY

JoeDaisy accept no liability for loss of goods or accident on your holiday unless it is proven to be the negligence of JoeDaisy staff.
